Product size: Inside of hat's circumference approximately M 21 3/4'', L 22 1/2'', XL 22 3/4''. In addition, the adjustable band adds up extra length, allowing for a more customized and comfortable fit. The measurement is from the inside of the hat. In order to determine your proper hat size, you must take a measurement of your head. Using a flexible tape measure, measure your head about one-half inch above your eyebrows where your hat will rest. Be certain that the tape measure is straight, not twisted.
If you don't have a flexible measuring tape on hand, you can still accurately measure your head circumference using a non-stretchy string, ribbon, or strip of paper along with a ruler. Position the string or ribbon around your head, ensuring it sits about 1 inch above your eyebrows and ears at the same level where a hat would typically rest. Hold the string firmly where it meets around your head, then lay it flat against a ruler to measure the length in inches or centimeters. Repeat this process a couple of times to ensure consistency, and take the average of the measurements for the final head circumference. Recording this measurement will help you select the right hat size with confidence.
