What size belt should i get?

If you have a belt that you frequently use, measure the distance between the hole you use most and the end of the buckle.  This measurement corresponds to your waist size.

You can also use flexible measuring tape and measure your waist line directly at the point where you intend to wear the belt.

If you don't have a flexible measuring tape on hand, you can still accurately measure your waist circumference using a non-stretchy string, ribbon, or strip of paper along with a ruler. Position the string or ribbon around your waist, ensuring it sits at the natural waistline or the level where you want the measurement. Hold the string firmly where it meets around your waist, then lay it flat against a ruler to measure the length in inches or centimeters. Repeat this process a couple of times to ensure consistency, and take the average of the measurements for the final waist circumference. Recording this measurement will help you select the right size with confidence.
